I then return to my old apartment I once lived when I was a kid, but it look so much more broken and ruined, like a cheap place to live in, I find my recently beloved passed away pet, my ferret there in that apartment, she was crawling out of the windows and nearly crawl into a dangerous hole but I got her and held her right before she fall there, as I was trying to climb back to the house, then I went into other place suddenly, a little small hotel room that is no bigger than a bedroom and the layout is just a rectangle structure, I look at the windows which is big, I was at the level so high in the middle of the sky I'm at least at 50-60 level high and I looked at another building that looks portuguese style building with round ceiling on the top, same as tall as the one I was in so I assumed I'm in the same other building, I also saw another taller building but the top was like a ruin and half broken structure already, there was another woman with me in the room seems to be my friend in the dream but I don't know her in real life, then suddenly the outside portuguese building start failing apart and there's a giant hole in my room, the sky suddenly becoming quite dark, I use the camera to take a pic of my friend in the dream but her eyes were growing red which looks a but scary
Your dream is rich with symbolic elements that reflect deep-seated anxieties, fears of judgment, and emotional turmoil. Here’s a detailed interpretation of the various aspects of your dream:
The act of committing a crime involving your sister suggests a serious conflict between your desires and your moral compass. Incestuous themes in dreams often symbolize forbidden feelings or taboo thoughts that you may be grappling with. It is essential to understand that this does not mean you have these feelings in real life, but rather they represent something deeper—potentially feelings of guilt or shame regarding your relationships or family dynamics.
Your fear of being discovered by the police indicates an overwhelming anxiety about being judged by others for something you perceive as unforgivable. This aspect of your dream may reveal feelings of insecurity, imposter syndrome, or a profound fear of exposure in your waking life. You may feel buried under societal expectations and fear that your true self or past mistakes might be discovered.
The public trial signifies your fear of judgment and an inner conflict. Watching others accuse a man, even while knowing he's innocent, parallels the fear that you have of others discovering your "true guilt." This scenario highlights the nature of blame and the societal desire to find resolution through punishment, reflecting your internalized feelings about morality and accountability.
Your childhood apartment symbolizes your past, but the state of disrepair indicates unresolved issues or trauma that have lingered over time. Returning to such a place signifies a confrontation with your past—a desire to understand how earlier experiences may influence your current emotional state. Finding your deceased pet, the ferret, evokes a sense of nostalgia and loss; animals often represent innocent aspects of ourselves or emotions that need care. This may also point to a desire for companionship or comfort during tumultuous times.
Transitioning to a hotel room may represent a temporary state of being, suggesting feelings of instability or transience in your life. The height of the room and your view of the buildings surrounding you could symbolize aspirations, yet also a sense of vulnerability—being high up suggests feeling “above” something in life but also being at risk of falling or having your safety compromised.
The Portuguese-style building could represent heritage and cultural aspects—perhaps you are reflecting on your own background or lineage and how these influence your identity. The crumbling structure signifies decay or loss of something once cherished. This reflects fears of the impermanence of life and your current emotional state.
The darkening sky correlates with your inner turmoil, signifying troubled emotions and a foreboding sense of doom. Your friend, whose features become threatening (red eyes), symbolizes perhaps the distortion of trust and the presence of anxiety as you navigate social connections. This might be a reflection of your fear of betrayal or disappointment from those you once trusted, embodying an aspect of your psyche that feels threatened and defensive.
In summary, this dream reveals a complex interplay of guilt, fear of judgment, and a confrontation with past emotional trauma. It suggests that you are grappling with issues relating to self-identity, heritage, and the impact of past losses. Your subconscious may be urging you to seek healing and reconciliation with your history, as well as to confront fears surrounding societal judgment and personal accountability.
Consider reflecting on your current life circumstances that can relate back to these feelings. Engaging in self-compassion and perhaps speaking to someone about these feelings may help you process this dream's significant emotional weight.
